In today’s heavily connected and data-driven society, a successful media organization’s most critical characteristic is the ability to manage information fluidly and with dexterity.

These organizations must maintain visibility in a continuously shifting market of data consumers who expect easy access to digital products via their chosen device.

With this in mind, RTBF engaged AVP to support improving end-to-end metadata creation, delivery, and reuse across a variety of stakeholders within RTBF.

These stakeholders shared an interest in producing, managing and providing access to original RTBF content across television, radio and the internet. Specifically, RTBF enlisted AVP to:

  • Validate and/or challenge proposed potential solutions and comment on their feasibility
  • Quantify and prioritize activities and projects necessary to fulfill the goals and objectives
  • Estimate time and budget requirements for each subproject
